to write, record, or whatever. I can write everyday as long as I either stay up late or let the kids watch a lot of TV. Neither option sustainable or desirable long-term.
Poem about lucky in love will have to wait.
The poems are not really poems. I have blatant disregard for form and technical anything. They're just stories in the shortest, most time-efficient way I can manage.
I'd rather write the whole story. How long would each then be? And would they be better in their most bare-bones, sparse, edited forms? Or better allowed to get fat and curvy? Maybe in the end only a matter of personal preference and taste.

Let your mind/body be your guide. Let your situation serve as boundaries. Like Benji sez, schedule time. That works for some people. One hour a day. Don't fuck that hour up making tea and lining up pencils. Have that ready before the clock starts.
